| Making Progress | Go for it bud, i am sure you will get as much benefit from one as you will from the other, apologies to Benj when i look at the post i wrote it seems a bit harsh, not intentional mate. The reason I don't recomend the smith is that fact it doesn't allow a natural path of movement, that can cause back problems, also free weight squats help build stabiliser muscles becuase you have to balance the weight. ______________________ Benj |
