Default 6 pac before scarborough

Hi guys I really need your help. I am going to scarborough in almost exactly 1 month and I am wanting to achieve a 6 pac before then (not just to impress ladies but also own person goals.......although ladies do count lol) ..........I am completely free everyday until then (holidays after exams ).........I would appreciate a diet regieme and a training regieme if possible.....i currently weigh about 70KG and am about 5ft 10- im not fat but not toned and not extremely muscular but am pretty fit and play county badminton. I currently have CLA and thermobol available for use (Dont worry I didnt waste my cash on maximuscle, my m8 gave it to me as a gift coz he "heard" they were the best) so any regeiems would be appreciated

no offence or anything but if your not a muscular build and your fit and healthy from playing bamington u dnt need to be wasteing money of ****ing weight loss sups all u need to do is a varity of differnt ab exercises evry day and have a halthy diet and stay hve a low carb intake

whats your current calorie intake,

how many carbs daily
how much protein daily etc

we can tailore you down to get them abs
