Default Body Parts...

...does anyone else find that certain parts grow faster than others? My triceps seem to have noticably sprouted and my traps are the same. The rest of me seems slow by comparison. Does anyone else get this too? Exercises for the tri's seems to hammer them more than say curls do for biceps. Maybe thats why they grow faster? Any ideas on this?
Si

Totally agree with you Simon.

Triceps seem to be easier to work than Bi's generally.
I found that I was overtraining my Bi's, and I'm getting better results not that I've dropped to just 2 exercises for Bi's. But that's just me personally.

My traps are out of control in comparison to my shoulders. Shoulder's take time though  :P
