Default Correct form for 21's

Can anyone advise on the correct form for doing 21's. I have a basic idea of what the exercise is - 2x45 degree curls and full 90 degree, but not really sure how to work the sets out

Do 7 curls from the bottom of the movement up to 90 degree's to your body.
The Next 7 should be from 90 degree's to the top.
The next 7 should be full curls.

Then drop the weights and feel the pump!!
