Default weighted vests

Does anyone know where to purchase ankle weights and weighted vests to be used during running and skkipping to improve speed+strength? Also does anyone use or has any used them in the past?If so did you feel a good increase in your speed, strength when using them durign cardio work?

Hi mate,

I have never owned one but they are expensive (about 70) for the deceont ones with enough weight to notice anything.

You can get them from loads of sports sites on the net, some are more than others (depending on the brand) but have a search on Google and see what you can find, not cheap mind.

I wouldnt mid one though and I like them parachutes for sprinting with to.
