Default Training diary on pc

Hi sorry to sound like a leech but i really cant be arsed to design my training and diet diary in microsoft excel. I dont suppose anybody else has anything they could mail me.

i know paper is probably best but it would be nice to have it all in 1 folder in my pc. Thanks lads

Do a search on GOOGLE for "Exercise Diary 2.0"

It's totaly free and is very useful for inputting your exercises and weight lifted etc.
