| Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | hey wodie i carnt remember saying anything about gaining 21 pounds in a couple of months, i did gain well at the beggining mate,probably did gain that much number 1 is the diet number 2 is the training get the diet right which makes the training easy,therefore making gaining muscle easy, when i first started i did over train but i grew aswell, try to go for 2 grams of protein per [pound of bodyweight and train each bodypart weekly you will gain better like this steve |
