Default NEED HELP!!

I was wondering when you go to the gym is it good to ALWAYS do the same machines on a specific day. For example when you go to the gym on Mondays and you work out your chest. Would it be good to ALWAYS use the same routne/ machines to work out your chest.

IMO definately NOT good. Your body is just going to get used to the stress exerted in that way. EVERY session is different for me. A complete reverse of the last one at least. Change it up always.
