Im sat on my arse all day eating looking at a computer screen. The only time i noticed gains on my biceps was as a younger lad doing press ups. The ****ers will grow though wether they like it or not!! |

One of my training partners said that he thought I had quite big arms where as i think they are really skinny! I also work with computers all day and struggle putting on size! |

For biceps: Rows, barbell curls, and weighted chins. Nothing fancy, and no magic routines. Just simple exercises and hard work. I wouldn't do too many exercises in one workout. The arms are small muscles. Too much work and you'll go nowhere fast...... I would just stick to presses and if you bench press, try working different grip widths into your bench routine. If you are using rows, heavy rows at that, for your back routine, then all you need to add is curls and you're good to go....keep it simple. Cheers, JP |
