CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY WHEN I,M DOING STANDING BICEP CURLS MY LEFT FOREARM GOES ROCK HARD AND RESTRICTS ME FROM DOING THE EXERCISE PROPERLY? CHEERS LEE

Its a build up of lactic acid bro causing the pain and an almighty pump. This happens to me often and I have to conciously loosen the grip I have on the bar whilst still holding it enough to curl. I get it when I chin-up too as I tend to grip the bar too much as I reach failure. The wrist and hand should be kept straight in line with the arm. Hope this helps

Make sure you work out your forearms as well once a week, i usually do these on bicep day but it dosent matter when, this should help with problems and improve your grip.

Like above just relax your grip a little and dont strain too hard
