This happens to me often and I have to conciously loosen the grip I have on the bar whilst still holding it enough to curl. I get it when I chin-up too as I tend to grip the bar too much as I reach failure. The wrist and hand should be kept straight in line with the arm. Hope this helps |

| Making Progress Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: England Posts: 348 Rep Power: ![]() | Make sure you work out your forearms as well once a week, i usually do these on bicep day but it dosent matter when, this should help with problems and improve your grip. Like above just relax your grip a little and dont strain too hard ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |
