If the supports arent working to well you could take a short break and give them some time off and see. Also try come joint therapy supplements, cold liver oil, glucasomine sulphate etc. I know there is a product which has it all in called Joint Ace which i think you can get even from Tesco. Its just a case of try and see and dont over do it and injure them, pain is your bodys way of saying time out! ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |

| Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | taz, your best bet is to not use the rist supports,this will set you back in the long run,try focusing on building the forearms up,this will also increase the muscles around the wrists. and like ian sats theres plenty of supplements that will help this. glucosomine is a must, the wrists should be kept very straight when doing bicep curls. has this been happening a long time? done anything different lately? |
