Default cramps

hey guys ive noticed when i run sometimes (when im mostly protein and am taking supplements like CLA and zantrex 3) that i get cramps in my labs and when i do sit ups one of my abs sometimes just tightens and tis the same one usually. Does anyne know how to combat cramps...prevent them or treat them when you get them?thanks.....ineedofabs

never really ever suffered from cramps mate.

does it get that bad that you have to stop running?

i used to get a stitch alot.is it a similar pain to this?
