| Making Progress | HEY ADAM, SORRY IM LATE IN POSTING THIS FOR YOU, BUT HERE IS ONE OF MY DIETS I USED TO BULK CHEAP AND UNCOMPLICATED: BREAKFAST: FRESH FRUIT JUICE,2 EGGS,BACON,HAM,OR SAUSAGE. VEGETABLES,WHOLEWHEAT TOAST,MILK. MID MORNING:WHOLEWHEAT ROLL WITH MEAT OR CHEESE. LUNCH:4OZMEAT,SALAD,MILK,FRESH FRUIT. MID AFTERNOON:2 BOILED EGGS,OR CHEESE, FISH OR A MEAT ROLL, MILK. DINNER:4OZSLEAN MEAT,POTATOES OR RICE,VEGETABLES,DESSERT,&A BEVERAGE(NOT ALCOHOL) EVENING SNACK:CHEESE,COLD MEAT,PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT WITH MILK. THATS IT MATE BORING YES BLAND MAYBE, IT WAS DONE A WHILE AGO BUT IT WORKED FOR ME. IN SAYING THAT YOU MUST EXPERIMENT - YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL AND YOUR BODY REQUIREMENTS,ENERGY CONSUMPTIONS,WEIGHT GAIN LEVELS, AND ALSO YOUR RECOVERY PERIODS WILL BE DIFFERENT FROM ANYBODY ELSES. ONE THING YOU WILL FIND IS THAT VARYING YOUR DIET WILL HELP IMMENSELY,DONT EAT THE SAME THING AT EVERY MEAL EVERY DAY,YOUR BODY PROCESSES NEED STIMULATION TO STAY MORE ALERT AND YOULL ALSO FIND THAT IT MAKES YOUR BODY MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE TOO.
