| Under Construction | Hi all, I've been training on and off for a few months now. Im a 18 year old who started off by trying 2 become muscular, I trained twice a week (kickboxing) and twice a week (at my home gym). I currruntly own a York 2002 multigym. I am on the verge of giving up because of poor results :cry: I guess I need a training program. I'd really appreciate it if you can help me. Thanks.
