| Under Construction Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: Scotland Posts: 67 Rep Power: ![]() | thought I'd post up a routine that I use, if you've not tried it, it's well worth a go basically a standard Paul Borreson routine based on pre-exhaust / triple drop. day 1: chest / delts / tris incline flyes 1 X 50/60 1 X 6-8 1 X triple drop 8,8,8 incline DB press 1 X 20 1X 6/8 1X triple drop dips 1 X failure side lateral raise 1 X 30/40 1 X 6/8 1X triple drop DB shoulder press 1 X 20, 1 X 6/8, 1 X triple drop tricep pushdowns 1X 30/40, 1 X 6/8, 1 X triple drop day 2 : back / bis DB pullovers: 1X 50/60 1 X 6-8 1 X triple drop 8,8,8 wide grip pulldowns: 1 X 20, 1 X 6/8, 1 X triple drop T-bar: 1 X 20, 1 X 6/8, 1 X triple drop bottom pulley row: 1 X 20, 1 X 6/8, 1 X triple drop standing EZ curls : 1 X 20, 1 X 6/8, 1 X triple drop seated alternates DB curl : 1 X 8-12, 1 X triple drop day 3 legs leg extension : 1X 30/40, 1 X 6/8, 1 X triple drop leg press : 1X 30/40, 1 X 6/8, 1 X triple drop lying leg curl: 1 X 20, 1 X 6/8, 1 X triple drop standing calf raise: 1X 20 no rest then, 1 X failure (on machine no weight) no rest then, 1 X failure stanging flat on floor no weight). repeat 3 times. its pretty cool. |
