| Under Construction Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: Scotland Posts: 67 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi Joed, there are so many supplements out there, my advice (for wot its worth) would be to identify your goals first (build muscle, lose weight, fitness... ) then you can see what would be benificial to you. also on the age thing, I sometimes train with a guy who is 49 and I stuggle to keep up with him. yeah, he's been training for years but he still makes gains. |

| Making Progress | Hey Joed, welcome to the forums, good to have new members! I couldn't agree more with Bungee and steve, you are not too old to start, and identifying where you want to go is the first step. I started to lose weight and to build up my self-confidence, its worked and 10 months later Im still training as hard as possible.
