hello joed welcome to the musclechat board

i dont think your too old to start bodybuilding.,obviosly it will be harder for u too build muscle than a youngster, due to the lowered testosterone levels.

i think you should go for it mate, youve got nothing to lose, everything to gain.

do u do any training at the moment?

anyone else got amy comments?

steve

Hi Joed, there are so many supplements out there, my advice (for wot its worth) would be to identify your goals first (build muscle, lose weight, fitness... ) then you can see what would be benificial to you.

also on the age thing, I sometimes train with a guy who is 49 and I stuggle to keep up with him. yeah, he's been training for years but he still makes gains.

Hey Joed, welcome to the forums, good to have new members!

I couldn't agree more with Bungee and steve, you are not too old to start, and identifying where you want to go is the first step.

I started to lose weight and to build up my self-confidence, its worked and 10 months later Im still training as hard as possible.

I would suggest that when you have your goals set, come back to us and have a look round the forum for advice, we are here to help, so by all means keep coming back to us!
