Lean-R is totally herbal so there should be no down regulation from it, my Mrs has 3 every morning to get her in the mood for work and she's never suffered any sides but still feels the thermogenic effect.

We have none in stock just now due to synephrine now being banned but I've found a new herb which nobody is using which could be seriously thermogenic based on it's molecular structure being close to some of the restricted thermogenic ingredients.

So this answers my question it can be used everyday with out any issue... Does the body get used to it after a while and the dosage has to be increased??

I found it gave me a buzz for the first time using it, like a semi "wired" feeling. Not sure about weight loss as I was dieting anyway...
