I'd personally recommend trying some Extreme Protien, as it taste excellent and it great quality at a very good price, plus Musclechat member 25% off which makes it evan better value. Also maybe getting some K-Evolution creatine caps.

Hiya Criz, try myprotein.co.uk or bulkpowders.co.uk, you on't wanna pay for these megabrands adverts, do you?? I'd get creatine, whey isolate for pre/post exercise, egg prot/ casein for bedtime, CLA for long term fat burn and muscle increase. Other than that you need your 20 portions of fruit and veg + meat + fish +more food and a good sports nutrition handbook. and get some rest. Best of luck.

I'd personally only take build and recover as post work out shake, and then instead have a Protein shake before bed.

i use CNP's Pro-peptide and then Pro-recover for post workout. Pro creatine E2 is also a good product and the pro flap-jacks are an awesome cheat treat!

I was adviced to take the caps on training days 1 before and 1 after workouts and on non-training days 1 in morning and 1 in the evening.

Rep Power: Extreme is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Re: what supplements

Steve, our Extreme Protein is higher in protein, lower in carbs and cheaper than Pro Peptide.

Build & Recover is also half the price of Pro-Recover, which is the better formula is personal opinion, I obviously think ours is better bcos I designed it.

Howard, you should take 2 caps twice daily on training days and 1 cap twice daily on non training days.
