What sides have you experienced exactly? There's an Ephedra free version available now if its been giving you the jitters (tremours) and sleeplessness. It would seem that 600mg of Sida Cordifolia containing 24mg of Ephedrine in each capsule has been a touch too potent for some and has led to the product being dicontinued.S.C. has never done anything for me so i can't relate to your poblem's although i would'nt mind giving Therma pro a try just to see what all the fuss was about!

Wise to stop then.Defo not for you. There's plenty of thermo's out there so shop around. But if that's put you off fat burner's a good shot of espresso before you hit the X trainer etc will get you moving.

No not at all ProZMA is a non-steroidal dietary supplement containing highly bioavailable forms of Zinc and Magnesium combined with Vitamin B6 to enhance the absorbtion and utilization of those minerals. The whole purpose being to enhance musclular strength during your training program.
