tell me about it, im finding it hard to swallow pro mass cnp (vanilla) hate vanilla but it was on offer £9.99 for a 908grm tub. bloats me like hell and the bottom burps well i always blame my son ha ha, never had this problem when i took weider mega mass or atlas nutrition mass gainer, i have 2 per day 1 mixed with water the other mixed with milk, i think i will just go back to a good whey product,
