Anthrax arse? haha I like it. What did you switch to after n-large out of interest?

And I can't promise any pics...you know it's only going to come back to haunt me at a birthday party years later lol.

CNP Pro Mass was suggested and thankfully put the days of trying to down a pint of plasterers muck behind us.But i don't think you'll ever rid yourself of a squeeky bum!Its trial and error,as with all things i guess.

Do you react to just plain milk? Lactose intolerance can cause this and can come on later in life. There is often lactose in whey protein bars. Basically if you cant digest lactose, the bacteria in your gut will but produce gas as a bi-product. You would react to milk and milk product too though

Its all down to the quality (or lack of it) in your whey, if its made using a lower grade whey concentrate it could well make you stink.

Adding fibre to your shakes will only make this problem worse.

How lovely!

High protein, smelly ass!

Try charcoal tablets to take the smell out of the gas - I make my hubby take them (and the dog!). Saying that, he has been much improved since he started taking CNP Pro Peptide! Just a thought!

And also pleases your missus, as she wont have to chase you round threatening to strap air freshener to your bum! I can vouch it seriously makes a big difference!
