hi all
has anybody used or know anyone that has used x factor,if so what are peoples thoughts,i have just bought some should be here in 2 weeks,so once it arrives i will post up stats and start a 50 day log,also do you have any extra tips while on thanks t&s

It's a junk supplement I'm afraid.
Llwellyn's own paid for research showed that it gave no increase in LBM over 12 weeks when compared with a control group.
Tall is online now

read some good logs on this when googled x factor thanks for your reply though could be a waste of money but will give it a go and post results
