There are cheaper ways to alter your physique

If I get bored I might try it for a month and let you know how I get on. Although I'm not 100% sure a month in reality would show a vast difference

To be fair you can get say 200g of bcaa per day for just over 7 quid. thats not bad if you can stomach the terible taste.

Damm I need a suplement sponsorship...

And a decent masking agent for the bcaa. I considered capping that but thats 100-200 pills a day...

There is obviously another way:

AMINO ACIDS - INJECTION (Aminosyn, Freamine, Travasol) side effects, medical uses, and drug interactions.

There was discussion on here a while ago about The Pros having a protein drip, the above was the only way I could think of something similar being remotely possible.

Never heard of anyone trying it though...?

When i was a kid i was in hospitals for various tests (for some freaky metabolic disorder that they said I had but they couldnt clasify..)

I got realy realy ill (they monitored me when i was vomiting for 2 days straight) and dehydrated so eventualy they put me on somthing like that.

I figured it was a sailine solution (probably was) but I rember the nurse telling me it was like eating a big steak..

On the other board I was trying to figure out how to get above a certain level of glucose uptake (theres only so much you can absorb through the stomach thus restricting how much of certain compounds you can use..)

The only way I figured it was possible was through supository (ouch...)
or IV feed.

I figured that you would blow your veins before you could get a good efect from this aproach - you would look like a junkie, a very jacked junkie none the less.. (even if you used a shunt the infection risk goes up the longer you keep it in the vein, plus training with a shunt would suck...)

Untill theres a way to keep the veins from blowing or a better way to keep the shunt steril (dune style shuts would be ace). I dont think its practicle long term alough for contest I recon it would rock..

The question is then where do you get the solution? is it schedualed? I tryed looking for it but it seems to be difficult to get hold of...

It's all a bit esoteric, but the Amino's come in 500ml bags which is 5% Aminos, 95% Dextrose. But they are not currently produced for public consumption as it were.

I like my eyesight so I don't fancy getting my blood sugar levels that high

I would.

Lol dont you see what you could do, you can basicly ramp your blood sugar when you want to way above what you could usualy do from absorption from the gut alone.... that meens dosages of certain substances could go way higher...

If i can get it I will use it for contest prep its just a case of tracking down a suplier of the bags. There not schedualed so hopefully It wont be too bad...

LIQUID AMINOS are IMO the best way to go, they have high doses of amino acids and vey high doses of protein, plus its better digested in liquid form.
i tried DYMATIZE and OPTIMUM NUTRITION LIQUID AMINOS and both really helped me.
I took a large swig about 10 mins before i finished my workout
