Default Advice for a beginner?

Hi, Right i'm currently taking Phd Synery Iso - 7 which is ok, but i want to buy the supplements seperatly as i've read that you can get better quatly and it cheaper,

Can anyone tell me what the most important supplements are for building muscle mass, and where from?

Cheers

My advice for a beginner is to drop the suplements in favour of real food.

Whey protein and a good carb source pre and post training. (use honey or corn flour).

If your a vegeterian then the use of creatine supplementation is very beneficial.

But mainly a good diet.

Ok Howard, to actually answer the question you asked, I would advise a time released multi source protein or meal rep and creatine.

I would kind of feel obliged to recommend Extreme Protein and advise you to buy from my website, Bodybuilding Clothes, Body Building Supplements, Protein, Gym Clothing and Sports Nutrition, but remember to use the discount code MCD25 so you get your Musclechat member 25% discount.

We also have an offer on just now where you get a 908g Protein free with the 2.0kg one, so you'd get 2.9kg of Extreme Protein for £33.75(ish). You'll also get 750g creatine for under £15.
