Default Any1 recommend a good joint support

Ive been suffering from a bit of joint pain recently, elbows and back more than anything.

I currently use EFA's to help with joint support.
What else is effective at supporting my joints.

Cheers

I use a combination of Glucosamine, MSM and chrondroitrin for cartilage repair.

EFAs, Black Molloscs (sp?) are supposed to be good for the fluid part of a joint.

I've just stopped Mega-dosing fish oils @ 20g per day and my joints have only started aching once I've stopped.

I get dry joints when I drink, although I don't really drink anymore to be honest. Maybe one night a week I'll have a glass of vino.
