Cissus

Struggling to train at the moment due to pain in the tendon on the outside of my right elbow, rested for a while but its not improving has anybody tried cissus?

Cal has I think.

Just train legs thrice a week.

initially i thought it was great,but realistically it did little for my injury.
i know several competitors who really rate it tho.
guess you dont know till you try.
unfortunately nowt beats rest.
