They taste nice with water, but with milk I can drink them all day long  Just wondered if theres somethign in the milk which better activates the flavouring...? |

Theres a pre-comp guy I know called 'Nark' who swears by Soya. Says all the Oestrogen issues are bobbins. I'm not convinced but he did put a good argument forward, anecdotally he says it hardens all his muscles. | |
