Default ForGoodnessShakes

Been seeing these ForGoodnessShakes advertised in mens health/fitness alot lately, just wondering what you guys think of them as a post work out shake. I have tried them and have to say they taste great, just not sure if they do any good lol.

I think they are full of sugar from memory... They also don't contain a great deal of protein either...

not sure if they are aimed more at someone using them for recovery from a cardio workout rather than weight training. think it only has around 16g protein so you're right not a great deal.

There are a load of studies saying Chocolate Milk is great for recovery on cyclists... Or so the bottle of Mars drink quotes...

Whey + Corn Flour + Milk is an option...

I think stuff like that is just for your typical joe that just goes to the gym to socialise and use cardio equipment here and there..
If your into bodybuilding i would just stick to the b,building brands.
