| Making Progress Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: UK Posts: 146 Rep Power: ![]() | Been seeing these ForGoodnessShakes advertised in mens health/fitness alot lately, just wondering what you guys think of them as a post work out shake. I have tried them and have to say they taste great, just not sure if they do any good lol. |

| Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 102 Rep Power: ![]() | I think stuff like that is just for your typical joe that just goes to the gym to socialise and use cardio equipment here and there.. If your into bodybuilding i would just stick to the b,building brands. |
