I keep hearing about them.

Good but not cheap.

Some of the guys on Iron Addicts forum are taking in 80g of BCAA per day and have managed to massively reduce their protein intake.

Expensive though...

Your body doesn't need protein. It needs aminos. Protein is broken down into Amino Acids (unless you diet is all wrong, in which case the body converts it to glucose...) and Amino Acids are shuttled into the muscles by GH and Slin (Exo or Endogenus...)

So if you suddenly have 80g of Aminos available - you can reduce your protein intake.

That being said - most people don't need all the protein they eat anyway...
