I've been taking grenades for the past 4 weeks as well as creatine and whey protein shakes. I think Im just noticing some effect from grenades but its too early to be certain. At first they make me feel sickly and a bit light-headed for about 2 hours but that wore off after the first 2 weeks.
Im not certain about creatine though. I loaded the first week according to instructions and after 4 weeks Im taking a short break but cannot really say if it improved my WO performances.

I would have thought u would have noticed the effects of the grenades straight away, the thermogenic effect should make u feel warmer and u should feel like u have loads of energy, how are u using the grenades Zav, are u using them for a preworkout buzz, or for weight loss?

Zav, don't bother loading on creatine, its a load of nonsense and a waste of money. The only people benefitting from this is the company whose creatine your using.
