you can get WMS from the usual bulk suppliers (myprotein, bulkpowders etc) but as tall said, you might as well just buy cornflour..

CornFlour is great if you need to thicken your Gravy also

lets face it.. none of this stuff would actually be classified as tasty.. i dont think ive ever thought "mmmm - time for whey" lol.

thats probly cos you mix your whey with water-
mmmmmm bland!

milk+ a nana gives it some taste and of course EXTREMES delicous nana flavored whey helps

i actually like my shakes

I'm still thinking that the protein gets wasted that way... I'm sure it needs C or F to buffer it...

And I like my shakes too. All one a day of them
