USN (Sci-Mx is the new name i think) USN Muscle Fuel Dynamic 4kg.
It has a mixture of slow to fast release proteins.
Good amount of carbs
Contains creatine
Tastes great (i have the vanilla flavour)
its 4kg tub and is cheaper per scoop than the smaller 2kg tubs

Ive also used myloplex, metrx and extreme. Extreme MRP was good apart from the taste.

Biotest MRP is good.

Avoid the Met-rx one though - takes ages to mix. Although I gained a lot on my forearms trying to mix it. LOL

My fav is Extreme Build and recover, mixes a treat with a shaker and water and tastes very good other than that Dorian Yates Lean gain is good but expensive, and CNP Pro MR is pretty good too.

Couldn't be arsed to buy protein and then a carb drink and you'd probably not get the vitamin and mineral profiles either.

Myprotein make a really good MRP, both in terms of nutritional profile and taste.

the servings are that big (around 150g), even the big tubs do not last long at all, they cost a lot of money over time

Which servings "are that big (around 150g)" Scotts?

Our Extreme Performance Meal Rep is a 72g serving and there's 30 servings per tub where other companies sell 20 similar sized servings for the same money. I don't know of any meal reps that advise a 150g serving.
