problems with bulkpowders??!

was just wondering if has anyone had any problems with bulkpowders in the past? i hadn't until now..
i made my order last saturday. i received a confirmation email saying that my order had gone through and the money was taken out of my account as expected....but still no delivery yet!

its been over a week now!!

they didn't give me a tracking number like they should have either!..

i sent an email to their sales team on friday but not heard anything back yet. will try again tomorrow (monday)

if i still get no reply from them i was just wondering if anyone could help me on what my rights were and if there was anything i could do claim 1) my goods, or 2) my money back!

Why not just use their website to post under the complaints part. They have their own forum where you can discuss products etc.. with them. I've never had any problems. Go to the chuks website and theres a link I think.

What did you order,specifcally?Stock issue's are normally the cause of hold-up's.

YG: i've not seen a link for their forum. didn't know they had one!
all i've seen is a contact box...doesn't say about complaints.

Gazz: only ordered 100g AAkg and 2.5kg protein...not a massive order, and product that you would've thought they'd have in stock.

YG: sorry, you mean via cheap uk supps? - yeah, got their website but can't see a link to any forum of sorts..

will try contacting both sites' sales team's...hopefully it'll get sorted.
not used them for a while, but as i said, never had probs before.
quite gutted about the service!

I think its MP and not BP that has the forum attached..

I use BP pretty regularly and you do get the odd delay - longest i have had was a week but it will show up... albeit eventually..

it's just not what you expect though, when you're paying for a 48hr delivery you expect it to arrive within that time...not on at all. glad i didn't pay the extra for 24hr now!
more annoyed coz i've not had a reply from my emails!
i've emailed them again today anyway...

I used to work for a large company that had a website and a catalogue and when customer's placed telephone and internet order's with me quite often than not the administration tool on my computer displayed stock level's in red.Order's don't need to be massive.It'll be an availability issue of some kind,just hold tight.

ive gotta be honest mate... when stuff is so cheap, it is pretty much what i expect...I know its a ballache when you're running short of stuff but like with most things in life - you get what you pay for!

in their defence, i usually notice that when stuff comes out late they have the decency to send it 24hr instead of 48.
