Haha Gazz, I know I'm a fool.

It had really compacted in transit and the 1.5scoops must have contained more than the usual.

Good stuff though, using the blender - almonds, peanut butter, frozen banana and protein powder with water. Excellente. Keeps you goiing all right!

Hey guys well I'm nearly out of my SCI MX protein and yeah I need to get back on some proper whey protein as opposed to the MRF Lean Grow stuff I'm on now.

So naturally I'm looking at Extreme nutrition's products!

Build + Recover 2.52KG looks good but I want to know about is the Lean - R that comes free with it.

Will it be of any use to me, because I'm quite lean, virtually 0% body fat, honest!

I'm also thinking buying the 2Kg+1Kg free extreme protein would be better for me as it's more protein per serving, although it's a little more expensive.
3Kg [6.6lbs] of whey protein for £44 is very good!

Also looking at stuff from myprotein.co.uk - Leading Online Manufacturer & Supplier of Sports and Nutritional Supplements
Whey protein (5lb) - Whey protein | myprotein.co.uk
You can get 10lb for £51....looks pretty decent.

Virtuall zero % BF...? So you have Striated glutes, paper thin skin over your abs, hip dips, striations on your pecs, and veins showing all over your body - especially on your arms, shoulders and legs...?

Cool...

You might want to have the hospital on speed dial though... At 0% BF you will have no fat around your vital organs, no lipids in the blood stream... And may collapse at any minute....

I think MOSN is offering 10lbs of ON Gold Standard Whey for about £50/£60...
