Default Home made protein bars (clip)

Was set this clip from a friend who thinks these are quite good. Looks simple enough but I cant help but think this is just some Australian chick who has too mush spare time on her hands…. Does anyone think they would be any good?

Nice one Chalky...well after the initial shock of being requested to 'drop and give her twenty' I think these look pretty damn good, and the method does get round the long standing 'does it' or 'doesn't it' problem of oven heat de-naturing the protein powder.

Please don't listen to that moron about calories. I hope I don't have to explain that (its late and I can't be bothered) just buy the one with the highest nut content should be over 97%.
