Thanks for the replies guys. I always use it after workouts and have found it to be really good.... I may give it a try in the mornings and use a bit of 'trial and error'.... adding oats etc..

as long as you stay within your allotted carb total for the day, it's all good.

it tastes damn nice, i know that much.
