Default protein

hi any advice what products i can take with met-rx whey protein. Im feeling really tired after work lately.
Is there a product that would help me get more into my training when tired.

Creatine helps with prevention of the on-set of fatigue.

Try using a product like extreme's kre-alkalyn its good i use it myself and can blast out sets.

And make sure your getting good carbs, add maltodextrin or waxy maize starts and dextrose to your met-rx protein.

After a hard days block and beaming i've,understandably,been feeling a little jaded so i bought some Guarana extract from Myprotein.

Good grief did'nt the wife get it? Workout was good too!

Different type of creatine used in that, kre-alkalyn is buffered so no by product creatinine is created.

I wouldn't use no xplode like most members on this board.!

no-xplode uses creatine ee which in turns produces by product creatinine which is not good for the kidneys!

and its just expensive and i dont a supplement to get more "pumps" when i can achieve that just by working out hard!

No i just help out a mate who runs his own flooring firm.Deadlifting concrete beams all day is great fun!

A little bit of Dextrose might help to boost aswell.
