I'm not a fan of pump enhancing products, I like to get a pump when its justified as a result of my work in the gym not after 2 or 3 sets and because something has made me get a pump.

I'd live to see a study on whether or not all these No Explode jobs increase lactic acid production, after all lactic acid is involved in the feeling of being pumped.

Personally I'm working on a new supplement which will delay you getting a pump and thus allow you to train harder/longer which will mean more work done by the body and if all the priciples which cause muscle growth still stand true from the ones which Arnold, Franco, Lou, etc lived by then it should allow you to cause greater muscle growth.

Hello to all

Brought some NO-Xplode to see if it works for me. Basically followed directions to ascertain tolerance level and didn’t feel a thing. Went to the gym a while later feeling as if I had been duped. Anyhow had a great workout and found that I could lift more weight and get those few extra reps out. May well be the placebo effect (but wouldn’t have thought so as I studied this phenomenon at University) but came out of there feeling great. Anyone else had similar results with NO-Xplode first time out?

I've tried them and don't think they're good value for money, if I take enough to get the pump effect I also upset my stomach. I'm using a glycogen drink before I train at the minute which seems good for muscle endurance and energy and seem to fill the muscles nicely.

Just get some plain old Arginine Alpha-ketoglutarate (which is a shit load cheaper than the branded products) and put a heaped teaspoon in some Tesco's Diet kick. Drink it about half an hour before your workout....but ONLY before a workout!
This works for me and i haven't responded to ANY of the brand named NO products.

Alternatively, save up your money and get some Gh in yer, that WILL give you the pumped feeling your after!

ive used black powder by mri , its good i used it with a creatine matrix , but dont expect ti to be magic it will pump u up but also screw with ur stomach and i know guys who got migraines possibly from the high caffiene, but if ur just looking for something to make u more vascular and energize ur routine its not a bad way to go , u dotn have to worry about side affects
