You can spend i fortune on supps, hundreds per month. However im now of the opinion they make very little difference to long term gains. Yes creatine allows you to gain weight but the minute you come of it you will drop the weight as its just water retention.

A lot of supps are like this so why waste your money, i used to buy pre workout drinks then one day i thought why am i buying this shit? i can work out just as good without it, but again like most i just got caught in all th hype.

A good whey protein and possibly MRP are essensial, the others are possibly a waste of money. Don't get caught in all the hype.

I agree with alot of that, a lot of supps just don't give enough satisfaction to warrant their price tag. I'm not saying they don't work, but for me, I just can't justify the extra spending. Again, as with everything in bodybuilding, it depends on the individual, I really didn't notice any effect from a couple of creatine cycles but then I remember reading one of Gazz's posts saying that it blew his head off. I personally take the same combo of vitamins, minerals etc that I would take even if not in training.
