The biggest differences between approaches was on the 5g daily course the user experienced vastly less kidney stress and they had less water retention, bloating, cases of stomach upset and had saved a load of creatine from being p1ssed down the loo!

Personally I would not load on mono but use in a 3g twice daily approach (breakfast and post workout), I've found this works best for me bcos I'm naturally a fattie and suffer from water retention easily and used to always get the sh1ts during loading. Also if your a porker (like me!) do you really want to use a product best absorbed when taken with simple sugars?
A very valid point Extreme. I'll be honest - I don't load, I only supplement on training days.

There are people who are non responders to creatine monohydrate so it is possible you're one of them, I haven't come across any non responders to Kr-Evolution yet tho. One guy on another forum claims it gave him the sh1ts, but there will always be someone who a product wont agree with.

Hello mate, have added some new pics to my pics thread and wondered if u'd be kind enough to help me assertain what build I am and whether this has any bearing my creatine consumption. Thanx again
