Admittedly this may not cure your problem but it must be your first test to see if it will help. What other supps are you taking? What time do you train at? ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition! I decided to sack the evening shake all together. I have tried numerous methods to help with insomnia and from my experiance I would advise that u avoid any over the counter chemical sleep aids, I found they got me to sleep but i felt groggy the next day. I found taking a bath in the evening helped along with a mug of hot milk. I even tried stuffing a few sprigs of lavender in my pillow to see if that helped. |

| Illuminati | stay off the caffeine in the evenings too. melatonin is one supp that can help alot without leaving you feeling groggy- but as with any sleep aid dont use it more frequently than you have too. avoid staying on the comp late at nite- you could even try reading before bed... zma did nowt for me. ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |
