Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Gold Standard has been voted the #1 protein supplent for the last 3 years or so.Extreme Nutrition's High Performance Whey is also very good and tastes awsome.

Sadly I didn't get invited to vote in that one.

I did get my electoral ballot paper through though...

Lol I doubt many of the 267,000 people who voted were Pro BB'ers either... (not that the $500 prizes had anything to do with the voting...)

Sarcasm aside - ON Gold is very very nice. I prefer Extreme Strawb personally though. Looking forward to receiving mine on Saturday

I know i've been reading his biography. The man ate like 5 horses!

I went about 8 months living on tin's of Tuna and Egg's when times were hard after being laid off and i never lost i still gained.Recovery time was drawn out a bit but i know what you're sayin protein shakes are'nt the be all and end all, they're just an added bonus.Plus i like the taste of Strawberries!
