does the capsules containes gylatin?

If you have issues with regards to Gelatin just pull the capsules apart and pour the powder into your shake or juice or whatever.Thats what i do mate.I don't have an intolerance i just don't like the thought of collagen from inside animals' connective tissue floating around inside my stomach!

The gelatin caps serve no function but convenience, in terms of the mess and bad flavour. They dissolve in your stomach in under five minutes, splitting them will have no effect.

The only exception to this are supplements/medications labelled 'enteric coated', which are designed to survive passage through the stomach and dissolve in the intestines.

I can't see anything 'unsafe' about it.It's still going down the same hole.

It is safe enough to do this. We don't do tablets because it means using a binding agent to hold them together and we'd rather use the capsules than the binding agents.
