| Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 1 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi Guys and Gals, I have been using Cyclone for about 2 Months now and it seems to work for me, however, I have a couple of questions about it. I strength train 5 times a week for about 45 minutes to an hour each day at about 6.30 - 7.30 in the morning and then do about an hour of CV work at lunch time (usually in the form of Rugby training or 5 a-side football or running). I take one serving of Cyclone at about 6am prior to working out and then the second at about 3pm. My questions are: Am I taking the Cyclone at the right times? Should I take Cyclone on my rest days? My job means that I sometimes have to take a break of upto 5 days from training occasionaly - should I continue taking cyclone on these breaks? Thanks a lot in advance for any advise Tim |
