Has anyone used the supplement Gakic???

if so thoughts etc.... im thinking of trying it out!

hmm, ive been hearing overall negative things about it!

however, leukic ive been hearing good stuff about!

any word on that razg?

Yeah, it's Leucine in a fancy package (ish). Just buy some BCAAs/EAAs for similar benefits.

lol tall i seem to remember you put on about 20lbs at the time-you telling me it was just clever statistics heh heh heh

I gained weight while I was using it, but looking back, a big chunk of that was water - but I dont think that was related to to supp itself, just eating loads (carbs...) and newbie gains and some water weight from creatine.

As with a few of the supps I took, I think taking them just gave me a mental edge I needed to add weight to the bar each week and get my lifts up.

I'm about 245lbs now at maybe 14% (hopefully....) body fat so I'm leaner and heavier than when I started and taking less supps these days.

Just vits and whey+creatine on training days at the mo.

If you think it might work for you then give it a go. If you beleive in it enough you might get a few extra kgs on your bench/squat/dead sooner than you had hoped.

yeah i reckon the placebo thingy-when you can feel sommat working when you take it helps no end.
i never took the p1ss at the time tho bud!
