Question creatine/protein advice?

Hello chaps!
Ive been training for a good few months now and changed my diet in a big way which has made me go from 16st down to 13st 6lb without cardio!
Anyway, Im really enjoying doing my weights but am struggling to see any more improvement. I want to see my abs and get more definition on arms and chest but am struggling to get there.
Training is as follows;

Mon-Deadlifts, Chest, Shoulders, Abs
Tue-Biceps, Triceps, Abs.
Wed-Rest
Thu-Same as Monday
Fri-Same as Tuesday
Sat-Rest
Sun-Rest

Was thinking of maybe cardio on Wednesdays, that be good?

My diet is very clean but Im just not getting this last bit of excess off of my chest and stomach, I can really feel the muscle there when i tense it but I want to be able to see it.

Due to excellent ratings am thinking of trying Extreme Kr-Evolution and maybe an 'all in one' too. Sooo many supplements out there though so any suggestions on combinations would be great? Not looking to bulk up as im big build anyway, just wanna get more defined really.

Cheers!

Crikey, Mondays workout looks tough, Deadlifts, chest and shoulders!! Then the next day u do arms, so at the mo, on a monday u are hammering three 'large' muscle groups, then focusing a whole days training to arms. In my humble opinion, u could combine training ur arms with one of the bigger muscle groups, don't forget, if ur training shoulders and chest, ur triceps will have taken a pounding so training them the next day might not be a great idea. Now, I havent quite found a split that I'm happy with so hopefully other people will help u out with some suggestions.

Any reason why ur not hitting ur legs. U know bigger leg muscles will mean ur burning more calories while resting, so will help u get leaner.

Hi mate, Ive got big legs anyway and especially my calf muscles are really big and defined already, dont ask me why or how but they just are, (probably from carrying me around at 16st!) got a lot of heavy lifting and carrying upstairs at work which gives my legs quite a good burn 5 days a week so dont feel the need to train my legs to be honest. just wanna get my top half nice and toned.
Goin to Vegas in May so gotta get ripped by then!

Blimey! I see what you mean mate! Just trained today as i missed yesterday and seemed to pump alot harder and do better reps.
Think I might train every other day on a 2 week cycle as follows;

day 1-deadlift, chest, shoulders, abs
day 2-off
day 3-bi's, tr's, abs
day 4-off
day 5-as day 1
day 6-off
day 7-as day 3
And so on...

Ill see how it goes (unless anyone can suggest otherwise?)

Also and advice on creatine/protein intake would be good too.

Cheers!

Deadlifting twice per week?

How are your legs going to cope...?
