Default Extreme Whey or Extreme Protein

I have tried all of La Muscle's products, VP2 and a few others and have found with a high in protein diet not much gains, so i had given up but reading through some reviews i thought i might give Extreme products a try and see what it does for me, but im not sure what is best Extreme Protein or the whey, any suggestions
