As I've never used any supplements. And about how long does the 2.4kg tubs last for? As they are pretty expensive, for me anyway. Also, does anyone know if it's safe to take under the age of 16? Thanks. |

As a Musclechat member you get 25% off so reducing the price to £33.70 (discount code MCD25). Chris your muscles are made up of protein and water, if you don't have enough of either you wont grow. You'll see some people who are big and strong but their bodies look soft and lack definition, this can be because of a lack of protein to fill their muscles up fully. Protein powders are perfectly safe for anyone to take, I have friends whose kids drink their protein powders too, after all most protein powders are predominantly milk extracts so are fine for the vast majority of people to use. We have a local pensioner who drinks our Performance Mass twice a day bcos she has no appetite now, she doesn't train or anything like that but its the easiest way for her to get nice tasting quality nutrients into her. ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition! Some pro/top amateur bbers take in solid food meals after workout but normally this is close to show time when the target is not muscle building and so the workouts are mostly calorie burning. ______________________ Get an extra 5% off all products at www.mosn.co.uk Use code 'MC 110' when ordering Also mod at www.uk-muscle.co.uk Excellence is a Habit not a skill Any advice I give is from my own experience, I do not recommend the use of drugs. | As everyone has mentioned so far protein is essential. What you do in the gym a waste of time without recovery and diet and without protein your muscles wont grow. Make sure you drink plenty of water too as this is what carries protein to the muscle. | |
