so nothing special from anyother protien poweder apart from added creatine but im taking Kr-evolution anyway so dont know if it would be worth it? TBH the sales pitch sort of puts me off, if they are trying to hype it up and sell it there must be better out there.

Extreme, from the products you have available, what would you recommend for a)protein suppliment b) post workout drink c) MRP d) pre workout drink e) weight gainer f) night time drink b4 bed.

I would of thought all the aforementioned would take care of most peoples essential requirements as they will all aid growth?

a)protein suppliment - I'd say our Extreme Protein, I think its as good as anything on the market and better than most rivals (CNP Pro Pep, Reflex Peptide Fusion). The amino acid profile is really good and the sodium/lactose content is next to zero.

b) post workout drink - Build + Recover, some will disagree due to us opting to use fast and slowly absorbed proteins but I worked on studies which showed in double blind placebo studies athletes that ones who were given chicken after training gained an equal amount to the group who were given whey isolate. I also think getting all 22 aminos in is important but so is a full count of vits and mins to replace those lost in sweat along with 3g of creatine to replace whats been burned, we'll change that this year to kre-alkalyn tho as we feel its the only creatine worth bothering about.

We also had a University study done on B+R at Heriot Watt Uni in Edin and after 10 weeks of using B+R at breakfast and after training there was an average increase in strength of 14%, muscularity and VO2 max also increased and body fat levels dropped. So I think I've got the formula right and NO other company has had such a study done to prove ACTUAL effects.

c) MRP - Performance Meal Rep, again the same 4 proteins as Extreme Protein and B+R but with pre-germinated barley and Maltodextrin as carbs. Reflex use whey and barley in theirs CNP use 3 proteins and maltodextrin, so neither are fully working on a time release principle like we are. If you eat a solid meal everything is digested at different speeds and this is what we were trying to acheive, but slowly so the impact on insulin release will be as low as we can make it so there are no blood sugar level fluctuations which will cause hunger pangs.

d) pre workout drink - We don't have a designated pre workout drink just yet but have something coming very soon called LIQUID FURY. Paul George uses a 50g serving of Build & Recover prior to training and 100g after.

e) weight gainer - Performance Mass is our weight gainer but right now is being re-formulated bcos I wasn't fully happy with it. I felt I could make it better so am currently working on a new version for release next year.

f) night time drink b4 bed. - Extreme Protein due to its time release qualities and full amino acid profile.

We have a couple of shops which sell other companies products too so I do keep an eye on what the rival brands are doing and I don't feel anyone is producing anything better than we are, most aren't as good (arguably depending on personal opinion or who you work for I guess) the only difference is I own Extreme myself and don't have the marketing budget of Muscletech or Maximuscle etc, so we aren't as big as we could/should be bcos unfortunately its the marketing that sells things not the actual quality of the product at times.

thanks for the post extreme, i dont think it can compare to the protien and Kr-evo creatine im taking now.

As you say its down to marketing and with monster supps owning well sort of speaks for its self dont it. I did wonder why they quote figures for PhD but not anything else.

thanks
