Question overnight protein advice?

ok lads, need some advice.

Not really bulking as doing alot of cardio, but not exactly cutting either if that makes sense. Just eating the right food, 6 small meals and taking 2 extreme protein shakes a day, plus various vitamins and oils etc. Can anyone suggest a good slow release protein for me to take before i go to bed please?

Cost not really important although dont wanna spend a load on it, taste is the most important thing for me, im a choc man through and through.

Casein mate,

Casein proteins are pH sensitive and gel in the acidic environment of the stomach. As a result, it can take more than twice as long for caseins to be broken-down into their amino acid subcomponents than whey and other proteins. Because of these unique "time-released" qualities, caseins are aptly described as being anti-catabolic, or muscle-protecting, proteins.

I use USN Pure Protein for night time. I believe it has a blend of 4 types of protein.
Casein
whey
egg
soya

Cottage cheese and tuna is an excellant slow digesting protein meal for about 30-45min before you go to bed

if you have alot of fat to get off then obvouisly taking in any calories before bed is not a good thing even a protein drink, but if you have an average amount of BF and are training hard then a meal of slow digesting/burning protein like Tuna and CC is a good option...

you wouldn't want a carb meal but slow release protien provided you aren't dieting isn't a bad thing - you may get indigestion but guess you don't eating just before bed - I get up for a slow release shake at 3am so can't be worse than that.
